He started a revolution of sorts by providing an effective eco-friendly cleaning solutions using the Power of Water to Indian process industries. The industry was earlier suffering from low production output due to the heavy scaling and depositions in their process equipments like heat exchangers, boilers, condensers and pipe lines.

Over the period of time, the Indian process industry has saved billions of rupees with the help of Nutech Group. Ravindra Bhatia has been recognised by reputed institutions such as Indian Oil, ONGC, Reliance Industries, SAIL, NFL, IFFCO, NTPC and various other concerns for his outstanding contributions.

Keeping view of his vision of a cleaner and hygienic work environment, he launched the TASKI range of machines and tools for the mechanised cleaning and housekeeping in various institutions. This product range was launched in 1995, in association with European giant Unilever, represented in India by HLL.

After the concept of mechanised cleaning took its roots in the Indian market, various European and American companies showed immense interest in the Indian cleaning market.

With the idea to promote total hygienic eco-friendly mechanised cleaning solutions at very competitive rates, the year 2004 under the esteemed leadership of Ravindra Bhatia saw the birth of brand PARTEK – simply beyond cleaning. The whole idea was to offer with a diversified range of high end professional quality products, complementing the style and needs of customers. The range has got a very good level acceptance from the market and now the brand is being extended to all corners of India. This involves a dedicated distributor and service franchisee network across the country.
Ravindra Bhatia intends to reach the general market with excellent quality cleaning products, offering the best value for money.

His innovations have given birth to a new brand name DAVY – fayade ka saathi in 2010. An attempt towards import substitution of fast moving cleaning tools. The first product of Davy recently launched in the market was Dry Mop Acylic.

Ravindra Bhatia has been a vocal spokesperson for various industry associations. He has chaired and moderated panel discussions involving India’s leading business leaders.

He strongly believes that the shortfall in trained manpower in facility management is restricting companies to offer a consistent high quality to there customers. Therefore due to rich experience in the field of cleanliness the year 2011, will witness the opening of “Nutech Institute of Technical Studies “ NITS. This institute plans to focus on training students on Facility Management. There is a standing commitment from the FM sector to Ravindra Bhatia that they will absorb all students that will pass out from NITS.

As a visionary, Ravindra Bhatia firmly believes that ordinary people are capable of doing extraordinary things.

He has headed the indigenous development of Support Roller of T72 main battle tank under the Indian Ministry of Defence. Thereafter, Puneet Bhatia headed the production and contracts division of Nutech, which achieved better penetration in the market.

With his initiative and approach, the company took its first contract with the Indian Railways for Mechanised cleaning of platforms in 2008. Further on, contracts for the other areas like the Washing Line and Sick Line Complex have been bagged due to his guidance and efforts. Indian Railways has a huge potential and over the period of time they are outsourcing total cleaning operations to specialised contractors.

Puneet is presently working on formulating a model to develop franchisee contractors for Indian Railways under the Nutech brand.

He is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and has a Management Degree from Allahabad.

She has over two decades of experience in the field of housekeeping and has successfully handled some most prestigious projects in the Hotel Industry. Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, Park Hotels, Intercontinental Group, ITC Hotels, Hindustan Lever, Imperial Hotels and Jaypee Group – are some of her valuable clients who always trusted her for maintenance of their guest and public areas.

Shalini has also served in the industrial sector with her dedication and advance techniques to give them best solutions for their housekeeping needs. Her skills are not only limited to contract services, but also span across training as well as surveys conducted under various government & non-government programmes. She believes in delivering complete corporate solutions to her valuable clients with fortified optimism and high standards of commitment.

In 1986, Shalini joined Nutech as a Trainee Manager. She started contract cleaning division for clients who could not afford high value machines in 1995. Contract division was started with just six operators and a supervisor with investment of a meager one lac and has now has over 200 skilled operators working in NECL.

Initially, she faced credibility challenges because of new technology and limited awareness in the market. However with immense grit and determination she overcame these challenges.

She is the one who never gives up easily and takes challenges in her stride. She has worked within the limiting circumstances and taken Eco Clean to newer and greater heights. She has earned great name in international seminars and has been guest speaker at various reputed organisations.

Shalini strongly believes that, Success is about pursuing a vision with a sense of purpose and a spirit of challenge. There are no short cuts to success and there is no substitute for hard work.

She is also heading an NGO engaged in various social and humanitarian causes. In 2008 she founded ANSHH to conduct health, education, sanitation, and environment programs for the benefit of the economically weaker sections of society. The NGO’s extensive survey and training has benefited thousands of people in not only earning their livelihood but also uplifting their standard of living.
